Cognac is the spirit obtained by the double distillation of our white wine in our still. The spirit is then aged in our oak barrels to become Cognac over time.
When tasting a cognac, take your time.

Observe the “tears” on the bowl of the snifter, sign of the great age of this golden hued beverage.
Contemplate its beautiful amber colour and drink it slowly, allowing your saliva to blend intimately with the alcohol.

Our advice:
In a cognac snifter, allow the cognac to gently "warm up” and reach its ideal temperature of 30° to 35°C.
