TRADITIONAL METHOD :
Chanteperle Brut


Previously known as the “champenoise method” this is a sparkling white which is raised traditionally.

The wine undergoes a second fermentation. The bottles are turned each day. And, after a number of months, the resulting product is discharged. With the addition of a secret mixture known only to our cellar, we obtain our traditional method “Chanteperle brut.”



Our advice:
As an aperitif or with dessert, it brings a festive air to all moments.
